What happens during the weekly service visit?

We pump the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

How early should I reserve for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks ahead works well for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier for holiday weekends.

How do long-term rentals work?

We assign a regular weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you call us for removal.

How frequently are units serviced?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and large crews can add a second weekly visit.
